Finalised our first sale of a shed this week, to help in the bushfire recovery process – it will be in Murdunna in Southern Tasmania.
A discount to the buyer of about $1000!
Hopefully the first of many more as people start to rebuild …
Please note that we are the ONLY agent in Australia offering this special discount to bush-fire affected residents in Tasmania.
Don’t call head office – call us direct! Otherwise you will miss out on some of the savings.

yesterday a small group of stitchers (we call ourselves the
rustic ragamuffins) met together to do our bit for tasmanian bushfire victims
this was in response to a call from barbara mellor, president of the
tasmanian quilting guild
we had a great day – as you can see, everyone is smiling
altogether it looks like we have at least 12 quilts to give away (6 WIPS and 6 donated) – not bad for a small group
[WIP = Work in Progress … we make quilts each year from donated fabrics and quilt blocks made by our members, mostly to donate through our local counselling service; some of our quilts were also given to victims of the bushfires in our area in 2006]
