Lots of unpicking!

 
I’m rather glad this is done! I did nearly as much unpicking as I did sewing. Worth it in the end …

This is a metamorphic garment which can be worn either as a skirt or harem pants. Fabrics: eco dyed cotton; found wool and gaberdine remnants. Hand sewn hems and top stitching.

Eco prints – 2 kinds of eucalyptus leaves

 
I background dyed this thrifted cashmere scarf first in some used dye, then layered it with leaves and wrapped and tied it around an iron spring. Steamed for 2 hours and unwrapped the next day.
